1. Advance Payments
A booking advance is required to confirm orders and procure raw material. This advance is partially refundable only before material cutting or fabrication begins.
2. Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the customer before fabrication begins, applicable administrative and procurement charges will be deducted and the balance refunded within 7–10 working days.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only for verified service issues caused by us. Damage caused after installation, misuse or accidental breakage is not eligible for refund.
4. Custom Fabrication Orders
Toughened glass, ACP cladding and custom aluminium fabrication are non-refundable once cutting, toughening or fabrication has started, as material cannot be reused.
5. Service Disputes
Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of installation. We will inspect the site and resolve issues through repair, replacement or partial refund as appropriate.
