1. Service Terms
All fabrication and installation services are provided based on the agreed scope, measurements and design confirmed in writing. Changes after order confirmation may attract additional charges.
2. Quotations
Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing depends on actual site measurements and material availability at the time of order.
3. Installation Policies
Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site readiness, material delivery and unforeseen conditions. Site must be ready and accessible on the scheduled date.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, finalized designs and clear site access. Any civil work, electrical work or third-party coordination is outside our scope unless specifically included.
5. Payment Terms
Advance payment is required to confirm orders and procure material. The balance is payable on completion of installation.
6. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, accidental breakage, structural failure of premises or natural calamities.
7. Warranty
Workmanship warranty applies as discussed at the time of order. Material warranties are passed through from the original manufacturer.
